Composition of Vacuum Aluminum Vacuum aluminum paper is consisted of original paper, aluminum layer and coating. There are direct plating and transferable plating in manufacture technology. Transferable plating is only suitable for paper which is over 100g/m2. The production technologies: first, put adhesive on the PET or OPP, then put them on the vacuum aluminum machine, then put adhesive on again, then finally transfer aluminum layer to the paper. However, for direct plating, paper is directly put on the vacuum aluminum machine. Then do special treatment to its surface. After that, special processes are put on the paper due to different customer’s requirements such as lines. Then paper is cut into different sizes of pieces or rolls.
